<p>PURPOSE:To improve the commercial value of a fruit or vegetable by storing the fruit or vegetable under conditions using the variety and maturity degree thereof as storage factors. CONSTITUTION:For example, an ultrasonic wave humidifier 2 and a cooling device 3 are disposed in a box-shaped storage chamber 1. A temperature sensor 4 and a humidity sensor 5 are also disposed in the box. The temperature sensor 4 and the humidity sensor 5 are connected to CPU 6 to input the informations of their sensors thereinto through an interface 7, and the CPU controls the temperature and humidity of the chamber 1 through the interface 7 so as to hold the stored article in a suitable state corresponding to the stored article.</p> |
