<p>PURPOSE:To enable cooling the title cubicle effectively without providing a fan within said cubicle by providing a cover with fans adjoining a closed case body and circulating an external air and also by providing a heat pipe, of which heat-receiving and heat-dissipating parts are respectively arranged within said case body and within said cover. CONSTITUTION:When a breaker 21 and conductor 22 housed in a cubicle 2 generate heat, an internal insulating medium C is heated and introduced into the heat-receiving part 14a of a heat pipe 14 so that the operating fluid of said heat pipe 14 moves to the heat-dissipating part 14b thereof. When fans 18 are driven, external air D discharges the heat of said heat-dissipating part 14b to the outside. The vapor of the cooled operating fluid returns to the heat- receiving part 14a. Thus, said cubicle 2 can be effectively cooled without provision of a fan within the cubicle 2.</p> |
