PURPOSE:To prevent flashes or the like from being generated on the outer surface of a gasket by molding a window glass with gasket, and then applying external force to a glass inner edge and/or a molded gasket section and deforming the window glass with gasket releasing it from the mold. CONSTITUTION:A cavity space 3 is formed between a peripheral edge of a window glass 5 and inner surfaces of a top force 1 and a bottom force 2. A gasket forming material is injected into said cavity space 3, and the gasket forming material is solidified to form a gasket integrally with the window glass 5. As the gasket forming material, a molten material of synthetic resin cooled and solidified in a mold or a fluiding synthetic resin raw material mixture reacted and solidified in the mold or the like can preferably be used. Then, external force is applied to a glass inner edge and/or a formed gasket to deform the integrally formed window glass with gasket and release the same out of a mold easily. |
