<p>New compositions which are derivatives of 3,18-dihydroxy-9,13-epoxylabdane of general formula (I), where R = (a); (b). A method of obtaining said derivatives of 3,18-dihydroxy-9,13-epoxylabdane consists in subjecting the 3,18-dihydroxy-9,13-epoxylabdane to the dehydration in the medium of an organic solvent at the latter's boiling temperatures in the presence of a catalyst and in subsequently extracting the desired product. The proposed compositions have hemostatic properties. A hemostatic pharmaceutical preparation comprises, as an active component, the trihydrate of the sodium salt of 3,16,18-trihydroxy-9,13-epoxylabdane-15-acid.</p> |
