The invention relates to processes and test equipment for determining human copper/zinc-dependent super-oxide dismutase (Cu/Zn SOD) with the aid of monoclonal anti-Cu/Zn SOD antibodies. The process of the invention permits a clear prenatal diagnosis of Down's syndrome and progress control in SOD therapy, e.g. in cases of myocardial infarction. |
