PURPOSE:To carry out 2P duplicate of good release properties without using a release agent by utilizing an ionization radiation curing silicone resin composition as a stamper forming material. CONSTITUTION:An ultraviolet curing resin composition 2 consisting of 70 pts. wt. of an ionization radiation curing silicone resin, 30 pts. wt. of photopolymerization resin and 3 pts. wt. of a solvent and a photopolymerization starting agent is dissolved and applied on a matrix 1 having an optical information registration pattern of recessed and projected shape on its surface, on which a polymethyl methacrylate resin plate 3 as a transparent base is overlapped. Then, ultraviolet rays 4 are irradiated from the side of the transparent base 3 to cure ultraviolet curing resin, and then the matrix 1 is peeled off. |
