发明名称 AIR DIRECTION DEFLECTING DEVICE IN AIR CONDITIONER
摘要 PURPOSE:To make a uniform flow of injection when a horizontal deflection is set and then a pressure loss of an injection flow is removed by a method wherein a shielding plate cooperated with a horizontal controlling plate which can be moved vertically is arranged at a blowing grill. CONSTITUTION:In case of performing a horizontal blowing, a shielding plate 28a of a discharging grill 28 is moved downwardly, a horizontal control plate 23 is rotated up to a stopper 24 by a cooperating mechanism 29. An injection flow B is pushed downwardly under a back pressure of a biasing part 22, it is pushed back by the horizontal control plate 23 and the air is blown in a horizontal direction. The injection flow A is partly deflected under the Coanda effect at a curved surface of a fluid guiding wall 27. The flow is merged with the injection flow B by the shielding plate 28a and the air is blown as an injection flow C in a horizontal direction. In case of a lower blowing operation, as the shielding plate 28a is moved upwardly, the horizontal control plate 23 is rotated up to a stopper 25 by a spring 32. An injection flow D is deflected downwardly under the Coanda effect and an injection flow E is pushed downwardly by the biasing part 22 and the shielding plate 28a and further blown as the injection flow F downwardly. With the arrangement above, an efficient lower and horizontal blowing can be performed in one operation.
