PURPOSE:To realize smooth handle operation by providing a speed change handle of the captioned gear with a pair of springs opposed to each other and interposing one end part of an operational member beween said springs and putting a speed change switching measure in a switching action by means of the operational member. CONSTITUTION:Through operation of a speed change handle 46, one end part of an operational member 45 is pressed by means of either of springs 51, 52 according to the direction of said operation, and the operational member 45 makes a motion. Even if engagement of a switching means 39 is not smoothly performed, the speed change handle elastically deforms the spring, therefore, a shock is absorbed to allow smooth operation of said handle and further allow said engagement with certainty due to the action of the spring at that time. As a result, operation may be smooth and switching becomes possible even during rotation. |
