<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the working accuracy of a formed article pressed between a pair of dies from deteriorating by providing a device for transmitting the reaction applied to one due to the other die in a press apparatus having a pair of forming dies. CONSTITUTION:In a machine tool for plate material press-forming a stock such as steel plate, a holding member 48 provided with a bending punch (an upper die) 50 is connected to an upper arm 22 of a vertical pillar 30 through a rotary pin 44. A die 50 being a lower die is set to a vertically movable supporting plate 52, a steel plate to be worked is mounted on the die 54, a lower arm 38 connected by a connecting pin 56 to the supporting plate 52 is moved by the drive of a motor 40 vertically, consequently, the supporting plate 52 moves vertically and pressing is performed by the punch 50 and the die 54. In this case, since the reaction to the punch 50 or the reaction to the die 54 is transmitted by a reaction transmitting means 24 to the opposite die, the working accuracy of a press-formed article is prevented from being deteriorated by the deformation, vibration, etc., of the supporting means 48, 52 for both dies.</p> |
