A sailing vessel (10) has two hulls (11), (12), which are connected together by means (such as inflatable tubes (13)) which can be capable of altering the relative longitudinal positions of the hulls (11, 12) in use, and, optionally, can vary the separation of the hulls (11, 12). The vessel (10) can have a mast arrangement which includes a mast body (14) and a flap (15), the body (14) being optionally pivotable and/or flexible from side-to-side and/or fore and aft in use to vary its sailing characteristics. Components of the vessel (10) such as hulls (11, 12), tubes (13), mast body (14) can be composed of individual ones of or groups of inflatable chambers. |
