A device for generating by means of ejector action a continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) comprises a body (19) preferably made of plastic material, in which channels (11, 12, 13) for inhalation and exhalation are arranged. A through-going breathing-channel (10) between mouth and/or nose of the patient and the atmosphere is angled to provide two branch-channels (11, 12). An inlet channel (13) opens into one of the branch-channels (11) which is connectable to the patient.
