摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an electroconductive plastic compound with the least irregularities of film thickness (bulk density) as an ideal electrode material by applying a polymer film of aromatic amines obtained by electrolytic oxidation polymerization, directly on the polymer film of pyrrols obtained by electtrolytic oxidation polymerization. CONSTITUTION:Substituted and/or non-substituted pyrrols are obtained by polymerizing substituted and/or non-substituted pyrrol on the surface of a positive pole by electrolytic oxidation in the presence of substituted and/or non- substituted aromatic sulphonic acid or its salts. Next substituted and/or non- substituted aromatic amines are obtained by electrolytic oxidation polymerization using the polymer of pyrrols obtained as a positive pole or part of the positive pole, and in the presence of substituted and/or non-substituted aromatic sulphonic acid or its salts on the surface of the polymer of pyrrols. As a result of performing these processes, a significant increase in the density of polyaniline which is an active electrode substance is ensured, and also the bulk density of every part of the film is almost free from any irregularities.
