摘要 PURPOSE:To manufacture the optical path adjusting system whose operability and use convenience are satisfactory by detecting an irradiated position of a laser beam, inputting an irradiated position signal, and also, outputting an error correcting signal, and displacing a wedge-type mirror so that the laser beam becomes parallel to an optical axis of a condensing lens. CONSTITUTION:A laser beam 2 is made incident on a work 7 by a condensing lens 6. On the incident optical path side, a wedge-type mirror 4 being freely displaceable is provided. In this state, an irradiated position of the laser beam 2 is detected by a TV camera being a detecting means, etc. Subsequently, an irradiated position signal is inputted by an arithmetic control part 15, etc., of a control part, and also, an error correcting signal is outputted. Next, an output signal from the control part 15 is inputted by a driving part 17, and the wedge-type mirror 4 is displaced so that the laser beam becomes parallel to an optical axis of the condensing lens 6. In such a way, the optical path adjusting system whose operability and use convenience are satisfactory can be manufactured.
