<p>PURPOSE:To enable the movement of a worker without removing a safety device by connecting a change-direction and earth-wire crossarm inspection guide rails in such manner that a slide lock engages with a lock-receiving fitment while a guide rail receiving fitment blocks a power-line crossarm inspection guide rail. CONSTITUTION:A change-direction guide rail 4 connects a horizontal guide rail 1 and a power-line crossarm inspection guide rail 2 and can move horizontally. At the time of inspection of an overhead earth-wire, said guide rail 4 is positioned when the lower end of a receiver fitting 16 engages with a stopper pin 17 provided at a continuous plate 11, so as to be connected with an earth- wire crossarm inspection guide rail 3. Said fitting 16 blocks the guide rail 2 to prevent a worker on the rail 2 from falling. Thus, the movement of a worker can be made possible without removing a safety device.</p> |
