PURPOSE:To surely prevent the occurrence of a through current by providing a source output current detection circuit for a Darlington part on the upper side of an output level and controlling the ON-timing of a Darlington part on a lower side. CONSTITUTION:The source output current detection circuit is provided for NPN transistors 1a, 1b constituting the upper-side Darlington part in an output circuit and the source output current detection circuit is constituted by an PNP transistor 10, resistances 11, 12 and 5f. When the output level of the circuit changes from H to L, the lower-side Darlington parts 2a and 2b are turned on after the source output current detection circuit makes a source output current to zero, namely, the upper-side Darlington parts 1a and 1b are completely turned off. Thus, the totempole type output circuit without the through current on a switching time can be obtained. |
