PURPOSE:To improve the productive efficiency of a product with excellent accuracy by making the space of an already made pull tab shaft as the supporting shaft molding part of a pull tab in retreating a sliding core after molding a slider body, and injecting predetermined molten synthetic resin into a pull tab molding cavity, and then, molding the pull tab supporting shaft integrally with the pull tab. CONSTITUTION:At first a sliding core 12 is inserted into a molding mold in order to interrupt a slider body molding cavity 13 and pull tab molding cavity 14. In the next place, a slider body 1 including a pull tab shaft 7 is molded by injecting molten synthetic resin from a first gate 17. Moreover, the pull tab shaft 7 is molded with a space by the sliding core 12. Then, the sliding core is withdrawn after waiting solidification of the injected molten resin. In this case, it is withdrawn up to the approximate intermediate part of the pull tab shaft molding part at the side wherein the top end surface of the sliding core 12 passes therethrough. In this fashion, molten synthetic resin is injected in the same manner from a second gate 18, and thus, a pull tab main body 9 and supporting shaft 8 fitted into both pull tab shafts 7,7 are molded integrally. |
