PURPOSE:To substitute a program for a computer control program whose function is enhanced by providing a loading mechanism which transfers plural computer control programs stored in the middle way of a program storing area or insuccessively in an external memory device by every managing block unit in an internal memory device. CONSTITUTION:A program substitution mechanism 14 transfers the computer control program by every managing block unit form the external memory device 12 to the internal memory device 11. And the program having the function to load the plural computer control program on the internal memory device 11 and the plural computer control programs are substituted for the program having the function to load the plural computer control programs of the external memory device 13 and the plural computer control programs. Furthermore, the program having the function to load the plural computer control programs in the external memory device 13 is stored as the plural computer control programs. In such a way, it is possible to freely use the on-going computer control program by substituting for the computer control program whose function is enhanced.
