PURPOSE:To enhance the safety of the high-frequency heater by preventing the ejection of the flame to the outside even if a material to be heated in a heating chamber is ignited and burnt. CONSTITUTION:A falling section 8 through which an exhaust current drops is formed to one part of the exhaust guide 7 of the exhaust pat of the high-frequency heater. The exhaust current discharging from an exhaust port 6 under the normal state of use drops without resistance even in the falling section 8 because it is not heated so much, and is discharged from an external exhaust port 10. When the material to be heated 1 is burnt once, on the other hand, the exhaust current discharging from the exhaust port 6 strongly rises because it is abnormally heated. However, large fluid resistance is generated in the falling section 8 because the exhaust current must drop along the falling section 8. Accordingly, the reaching of the flame to the outside is prevented because the flame does not extend toward a lower section along the falling section 8 even when the flame discharges from the exhaust port 6. |
