PURPOSE:To obtain the title film having specific heat transition behavior, density and melt flow rate, being excellent in all physical properties such as heat-sealing properties, hot tack and transparency and suitable as a packaging material, etc. CONSTITUTION:The aimed copolymer consisting of ethylene and 3-10C olefin, being 1.0-8.0mol% in alpha-olefin content, having 0.900-0.930g/cm<3> density and 0.1-100g/10min melt flow rate and capable of observing an endothermic peak a in the range of 75-100 deg.C and endothermic peak b in the range of 120-140 deg.C in a heat-up thermogram measured by differential scanning calorimeter after completely melting and then gradually cooling the aimed copolymer and being 0.03-2.0 in ratio (DELTAHb/DELTAHa) of endotherm DELTAHb of endothermic peak b to endotherm DELTAHa of endothermic peak a.
