PURPOSE:To generate an extremely intensive magnetic field on a sheet material, and to prevent the influence inflicting on others when one side only is excited by a method wherein the sheet material is composed of a single layer or multilayer laminated body of laminated complex containing a superconducting layer and a normal conducting layer, and sheet material is used in an excited state. CONSTITUTION:NbTi is rolled in the thickness of 200mum and 100mum, for example, the Cu as a substrate 2' is rolled in the thickness of 200mum on one side, and they are press-bonded in one body. Then, Cu of 15mum in thickness is adhered by electrodeposition on one surface facing the above-mentioned material, namely, the layer 1, and a coating layer 2 is formed. At this point, not only the Nb-Ti alloy, but also Nb-Zn alloy, Nb3 (AlGe), V3Ga and the like may be used as the superconducting layer 1. A small hole is perforated in the direction of thickness in order to cope with the purpose, and the distribution of magnetic field may be adjusted properly. |
