PURPOSE:To shorten a both side copying time and to reduce the damage of an original by alternately copying the original on one surface of copying paper from the last page of the one side originals, counting the number of the originals, then copying the originals to which copying is not performed in reverse order of page and arranging them in order of page. CONSTITUTION:The sheet original X whose surface is presented is guided to a 2nd conveying means 8 having a surface and back surface inverting path 30 and the original X from the inverting path 30 is wound around a 2nd original drum 21. Next, the drum 21 is rotated and the surface of the original X on the outside in the radial direction of the drum 21 is presented to a 2nd exposure part 76 just under the drum 21. The presented original X is guided to an original hopper 72 by a 3rd conveying means 9 and accumulated in the hopper 72. Thereafter, the original X is exposed to an exposure means 85 and the reflected light therefrom is formed into an image on the exposed area 101a of a photosensitive body 101 by reflecting mirrors 151A-151D and a zoom lens 152. Then, the image is electrostatically charged by a corona discharger 102 for electrostatic charging so as to form a toner image by a developing device 103. The original is fed to the inverting path 112 and inverted by a roller 120 so as to form the image on the back surface of the copying paper. |
