PURPOSE:To respectively impress bias magnetic fields opposite in direction upon each channel of magnetism sensible sections so as to differentiate the output voltage of each magnetism sensible section by magnetizing two rectangular permanent magnet films having different coercive forces in opposite directions. CONSTITUTION:Permanent magnet films 31 and 32 are magnetized by impressing a DC magnetic field higher than the coercive force of the films 31, namely, higher coercive force of the films 31 and 32. Then only the film 32 is again magnetized in the opposite direction by impressing a DC magnetic field which is lower than the coercive force of the film 31, but higher than that of the films 32, namely, lower coercive force of the films 31 and 32. Accordingly, bias magnetic fields of opposite directions are impressed upon the magneto- resistance effect films 5 of each channel from the permanent magnet films magnetized in the opposite directions. Therefore, outputs of the magneto- resistance effect films 5 of each channel can be differentiated. |
