PURPOSE:To remarkably reduce the scattering of resistant values by a method wherein a conductive substance in a composition prepared by mixing the conductive substance and a resin is made in a fiber form. CONSTITUTION:On a substrate 1, a resistant composition layer 4 containing a resin 2 and a fiber-form conductive substance 3 is provided. As the material of the substrate 1, normal plastics, metallic materials, and others can be used. As the material of the resin 2, a plastic material can be used other than the resin in some cases. The both are used either singly or in a combination. As the material of the conductive substance 3, for example, a carbon fiber, a sintered polyacrylonitrile, a stainless steel fiber, and a potassium titanate subjected to an electrically conducting treatment, are used either singly or in combination. |
