By the loft space conversion additional living space is created after having removed existing conventional roof. The structure consists of sandwiched wall elements fitted as prefabricated parts on a new structure which rests on a supporting slab placed on top of the existing building. ADVANTAGE - The method aims to create living space on existing buildings with low costs and short duration erection.
