PURPOSE:To enhance adhesion of a protective layer and to prevent deterioration of the photosensitive body due to uses for a long time by forming the protective layer made of a handenable silicone resin on a phenoxy resin layer formed on a photosensitive layer. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive layer 4 is formed on a conductive substrate 1 and on the layer 4 the interlayer 5 composed essentially of the phenoxy resin A, and on this layer 5 the protective layer 6 composed essentially of the hardenable silicone resin. The compound of the shown formula and the like can be used for the layer 6, and a desirable resin may be used together with the resin of the formula, and the layer 4 may be a single layer type photosensitive layer, such as a positively chargeable single layer B or a functionally separated type photosensitive layer. |
