PURPOSE:To efficiently perform the developing work of software by comprising the menu of each symbol and the editing screen of chart information of a multiwindow and plural symmetric windows for application constructed on the multiwindow. CONSTITUTION:An HCP menu 6 is a window capable of scrolling size by which an HCP chart symbol is displayed in a vertical direction variably. A character input area 7 is a area to which a character is inputted,and is the window capable of scrolling the size in a horizontal direction variably. A chart editing screen 8 is a screen to prepare and edit a module design package expressed in chart by using the HCP menu 6 and the character input area 7. An icon area 9 is the area in which window application being operated at present is saved transiently, and the display edit of the plural pictures can be performed by using the area. In such a way, it is possible to efficiently perform the developing work of the software.
