The device is characterised in that it comprises a sleeve (2) threaded over at least part of its outer peripheral surface in order to be screwed into an internal structural part (4), abutting a piece of equipment (5) and a screw (8) for fixing the piece of equipment (5) to the sleeve (2), which screw is housed in the hollow part of the sleeve (2) which comprises a hollow socket (6) for screwing on the sleeve (2), which socket is connected to the latter via a breakable zone (11) fracturing under a predetermined screwing torque of the sleeve (2) abutting the piece of equipment (5).
