PURPOSE:To conduct a industrial-base production by increasing the number of utilization of regenerated material by a method wherein rare-earth magnet metal and thermoplastic resin are mixed, and when a permanent magnet is formed using an injection- molding method, the virgin material or rare-earth magnet raw powder of the prescribed wt. % or more is used, and it is recycled by having the coercive force of the magnet of the prescribed value or higher. CONSTITUTION:The rare-earth metal, composed of Co, Cu, Fe, Zr and the like, and thermoplastic resin are mixed, and when a permanent magnet is formed using an injection-molding method, the virgin material of rare-earth magnet raw powder of the prescribed wt. % or more is used, and recycle material is used for the remaining part. Also, protective force is set at 6,000 oersteds or more and the recycle material is recycled.
