PURPOSE:To obtain the title sheet material for display label having specific physical properties by forming a porous body on a base material sheet composed of nylon fiber having dispersed and formed microporous layer and having the constitutional fiber bonded at the crossed points. CONSTITUTION:A nylon resin coating containing a nylon resin, methyl alcohol and calcium chloride, etc., is applied to a base material having a microporous layer formed on whole faces of each constitutional fiber of a nylon taffeta using 50-210d nylon fiber and consisting of >=150 numbers of pick by immersing the nylon taffeta into a solution of calcium chloride-methyl alcohol and etching the nylon taffeta and the coated base material is immersed into water to provide the sheet material for printing containing dispersed and bonded calcium chloride, having 50-250mu thickness and 50-120mm stiffness and softness by canch lever test and attached by a porous sheet material. The above-mentioned sheet material has proper stiffness capable of printing every paper and is suitable as a display label use without impairing printabilities. |
