A process for manufacturing a fuel manifold for supplying fuel to fuel metering and atomizing values of an internal combustion engine supply device comprises a first stage consisting in extruding a semifinished metal part (5, Fig. 1) having identical sections perpendicular to its longitudinal axis, each section being substantially the same shape as but larger than the section of a valve casing (3, Fig. 7) through the axis of the valve (1); the semifinished pant also comprising a fuel supply hole 7 and a lateral tab (8, Fig. 1) both parallel to the longitudinal axis of the semifinished pant. The process also comprises a second stage consisting in machining a series of holes 9 in the semifinished pant, each forming a seat 10 for one of the valves and a hole portion (11, Fig. 7) for supplying the fuel from the same. Holes 13, 14 are formed for the passage of fastening screws (15). Slots 18b are formed in the lateral tab (8) to provide separate connecting tabs 19. Slots 18a are formed to enable passage of spark plugs. A supporting face 21 receives a pressure regulating device 22. In a modification, the semifinished metal part may be produced by rolling. <IMAGE>
