PURPOSE:To rapidly cut a packing material without damage to paper of the contents, by providing an insertion bar near a cutting tools, inserting the bar into a breakage of the packing material sucked up by a suction pad and cut by a cutting tool to completely separate the packing material from the paper. CONSTITUTION:An adsorption pad D is equipped at the piston edge of a suction cylinder to suck up a packing paper A by suction pads D1, D2. The packing paper A is cut partially by the revolution of a cutter C. A insertion bar G, fixed at a bracket 39 on a linear guide bearing 40 on a track base 41 mounted on a cutter bracket 42, is transferred horizontally to insert it into the sucked up breakage, when the adsorption pad sucks up the breakage preferably in a little slant direction in order to securely insert the insertion bar G between the packing paper and the printing paper. After stop of sucking up of the suction pad, primary cutting is performed. The insertion member serves as a partition member to provide a necessary and enough clearance between the packing paper and the printing paper and hence a secure and rapid cutting can be performed without damage to products, printing paper or the like. |
