<p>"BRANCHED POLYCARBONATES CONTAINING SINGLE-RING AROMATIC COMPOUNDS" In the present invention disclosed are highmolecular-weight, soluble, thermoplastic branched polycarbonate endowed with improved properties, and suitable to blow-moulding fabrication. Such polycarbonates are characterized by the presence, in their structure, of units deriving from the following single-ring aromatic compounds: wherein R1 indicates H, -COCl, -SO2Cl; R2, and R3, equal to or different from each other, indicate -COCl or SO2Cl. The above-said compounds are directly used in the syntheses.</p> |
