PURPOSE:To block a leak current and to reduce current consumption by impressing a control signal to turn off a transistor at the time of a standby condition. CONSTITUTION:At the time of normal operation, a signal -STBY is 'H' and an MOSFET4 is turned on. At the time of a standby mode, the signal -STBY goes to be 'L' and the FET4 is turned off. Then, the CTL terminal side of a capacitor 2 goes to an open condition and the leak current to the capacitor 2 is blocked. |
