<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a laminated floor sheet free from upward warps and having superior processability by heating a wood plate having a natural veneer on the surface thereof to be not lower than a predetermined temperature and applying pressure to the wood plate when a plastic sheet is laminated on the wood plate. CONSTITUTION:A rigid plastic layer 3 and a flexible plastic layer 4 are adhered to each other to form a plastic sheet 5. An intermediate veneer 2 is thermally welded via an adhesive agent to the rigid plastic layer 3 with heat and pressure. Thereafter, a natural veneer 1 is similarly adhered via an adhesive agent to the intermediate veneer 2 with heat and pressure, which is further thermally welded. Thus, a floor sheet material which is directly laid on the floor is manufactured. In any thermal welding above, it is necessary to heat at a temperature not lower than 70 deg.C, preferably 90-120 deg.C. Moreover, the pressure is preferably 7-13kg/cm<2> or more to obtain sufficient stretching effect.</p> |
