摘要 PURPOSE:To abate the extent of a speed change shock by compensating operation of a control means so as to converge on target speed change time with learning control made by a comparison between speed change required time and the target speed change time conformed to the means value of a motor output state. CONSTITUTION:When an electronic controller 100 is engaged with a brake B1 in a state of engaging a speed step for forward 4 speed and backward 1 speed with second and fourth clutches C4, by way of example, by engaging four clutches and two brakes selectively, it comes to fourth gear speed. In engagement of a hydraulic actuating engager for these elements, operation of a control means is compensated so as to make speed change required time to converge on a desired value by learning control by a comparison between the speed change required time being calculated from each signal out of car speed and input speed sensors 110, 130 and target speed change time conformed to the mean value of an output state of a motor to be calculated out of a signal or the like of a throttle opening sensor 120, and then operation of an accumulator control valve 80 is controlled via a solenoid valve 84. Thus, a speed change shock is abatable.
