PURPOSE:To perform a simultaneous call in a short time by selecting one of residual slaves when no response is obtained from the slave selected as a representative, polling plural slaves by a master when the response is obtained, and opening a speech channel between the slave from which the response is obtained. CONSTITUTION:When the simultaneous call for plural handsets are performed, calls are placed to the plural handsets by selecting a representative handset. When the response from the representative handset is awaited and no response is obtained, the representative handset is selected again, and a similar processing is performed. When the response is obtained from the representative handset, polling are applied on the plural handsets, and the speech channel is opened to the handset from which the response is obtained. In such a way, it is possible to open the channel in a short time. |
