PURPOSE:To obtain the title food useful for recovery of health, maintenance of health and prevention of aging by blending chips of bamboo with a food, heating both the chips of bamboo and the food and mixing the bamboo essence with the food. CONSTITUTION:Leaves of bamboo and/or chips of bamboo are blended with a food, both the chips of bamboo and the food are heated so that the food is mixed with bamboo essence to give the aimed food.
