PURPOSE:To prepare the subject food preservable over a long period, able to be fried without using a food oil and having excellent taste and flavor by loosely freezing a seasoned cooked rice containing a food for ingredients, separately freezing a subsidiary dish food coated with a food oil in loosened state, putting the frozen foods into a container and freezing the foods after packaging. CONSTITUTION:The objective food can be prepared by putting a loosely frozen seasoned rice food 20 containing a food for ingredients and a loosely frozen subsidiary dish food 21 coated with a food oil into a container 1 and freezing the foods after packaging. Preferably, the container 1 has the form of dish or box and the food 21 is placed above the food 20 or the container 1 is a dish or box having partition and the food 21 and the food 20 are put into the container in a state separated by the partition. |
