PURPOSE:To obtain a detergent composition effective for decomposing and removing of dirt with fats and oils, etc., not inhibiting activity of other detergent component by containing novel lipase AKS as active ingredient. CONSTITUTION:A strain of Pseudomonas sp. No.Ak102 (FERM-P10382) is cultured under an aerobic condition and novel enzyme lipase AKS (having 260,000u/g lipase activity, exhibiting >=60% activity at pH 3-11, hardly inactivating at 20-70 deg.C and not affected by metallic salt) is obtained. Then, said lipase AKS is contained in the aimed composition as active ingredient. |
