The portable display shelf comprises a removable display frame 10 consisting of a piece of plastic comprising two lateral props 13, 14 with triangular profile, a visible front face 15 for receiving a document 5, a base 11 and an anchoring tab 17 which is inclined with respect to the vertical. A support 20, also made of plastic, is provided for receiving the anchoring tab 17 which bears on a bearing wall 26 which is inclined with respect to the vertical by an angle equal to that of the anchoring tab 17 which corresponds to an angle of mould release of the support 20. The front face 15 of the frame 10 is inclined with respect to the vertical in the opposite sense from the anchoring tab 17 and comprises a slot 154 allowing immediate insertion of a document 5 through the front. <IMAGE>
