Medical injection syringe comprising, on the notched rod of the plunger, a movable lock; the said lock has teeth and hooks which, upon manipulation, lock, on the one hand, in the notches of the rod and, on the other hand, in the recess formed in the circular base of the syringe. These arrangements prevent the syringe from being used a second time and eliminate the risks of contamination associated with subsequent use of the same syringe.
