PURPOSE:To simplify the mold for punching of a metallic plate by projecting both ends of the slender metallic plate to the outside, forming hole sections wider than the width of the metallic plate to a base in the upper section and lower section of the metallic plate and detaching the metallic plate in the hole sections after molding. CONSTITUTION:A base 1 in which a slender metallic plate 2 is molded while both ends are projected from the base 1 in a molding die is shaped, and an upper hole section 3 and a lower hole section 3a wider than the width of the metallic plate 2 are formed while the metallic plate 2a and the upper and lower hole sections 3, 3a are positioned. A metallic plate 2b applied to the upper hole section 3 and the lower hole section 3a is cut off, and the metallic plate 2 projected from the base 1 is used as terminals 2a. A drum core 6 on which a coil 7 is wound is fixed to the base 1, and the lead of a coil is wired to the terminals 2a projected from the base 1. A plurality of the metallic plates are employed and the metallic plates are detached by the hole sections, thus acquiring the base having four or more of the terminals. |
