PURPOSE:To improve mechanical strength and repetitive stability by laminating a charge transfer layer contg. an antioxidant, charge generating layer and surface protective layer contg. the antioxidant in this order on a conductive base body. CONSTITUTION:The charge transfer layer contg. a charge transfer material and 2 to 50pts.wt. antioxidant per 100pts.wt. binder resin and the charge generating layer are successively laminated on the conductive base body. Further, the surface protective layer contg. a thermosetting silicone resin and <=30pts.wt. antioxidant per 100pts.wt. resin are laminated on this charge generating layer. The sufficient surface hardness to mechanical external force is obtd. in this way and further, the deterioration by ozone oxidation, light, heat, etc., is prevented and the repetitive stability is improved. |
