PURPOSE:To obtain a self-leveling compsn. fit to form a hardened body having a uniform hue and such satisfactory wear resistance that flooring can be formed with only the compsn. by blending a specified hydraulic inorg. material contg. Portland cement with aggregate, a coloring pigment, a color irregularity inhibi tor and resin. CONSTITUTION:This self-leveling compsn. is an aq. compsn. contg. 100 pts.wt. hydraulic inorg. material, 30-200 pts.wt. aggregate, 0.1-20 pts.wt. coloring pig ment, 0.01-1 pt.wt. color irregularity inhibitor and 2-30 pts.wt. resin and has >=190mm flow value. The hydraulic inorg. material contains 100 pts.wt. Portland cement, 10-100 pts.wt. tricalcium aluminate and 2-40 pts.wt. (expressed in terms of anhydrous gypsum) gypsum. The flow value is that measured by a flow value measuring method stipulated by the self-leveling flooring section of '1988 edition Special Common Specification' published by JUTAKUTOSHISEIBI KODAN TOKYO.KANTO SHISHA. |
