PURPOSE:To heat a storage tank with the simple structure without the requirement of a heater and a power source for heating and heat the fuel and the anolyte supplied to the fuel battery to circulate by using a chemical reaction heating device for heating with the heat of reaction by the chemical reaction. CONSTITUTION:When a supplementary container 1 is connected to a storage tank 2, the chemical reaction is started to heat the storage tank 2 by using a chemical reaction heating device 6 for generating the heat of the chemical reaction. By providing the chemical reaction heating device 6 in the supplementary container 1, the storage tank can be absolutely heated per the supply of the liquid fuel, etc., to the storage tank, without an electric heater. Thereby, the electrolyte or the anolyte can be heated by using a device which is of simple structure and inexpensive. |
