PURPOSE:To obtain permeability necessary and sufficient to detect variation in the wavelength of a laser beam by providing a mirror in which the beam is reflected plural times to be reciprocated in a vapor cell at incident and output sides of the beam of the cell. CONSTITUTION:A laser beam branched by a beam splitter 7 enters a vapor cell 9, reflected by a mirror 13a of an output side, again passed through the cell, and reflected by a mirror 13b of incident side to be reciprocated and emitted. Thus, the passage becomes triple length of an optical path, the emitted beam is condensed by a lens 14, photodetected by a photodetecting passage 10, this signal is input to an injection current controller 11, and the injection current from an LD power source 12 is controlled to stabilize the oscillation wavelength of the LD. |
