PURPOSE:To transmit the detected moving quantity or absolute position of an object in a state where no restriction is imposed upon the transmitting distance and the transmission loss is reduced by converting the moving quantity or absolute position of a detected object into electric signals and transmitting the electric signals to a receiving section as ratio waves or optical signals without using any transmission cable. CONSTITUTION:The rotating quantity of an object detected by means of an MR sensor 1 is supplied to a comparator 3 after the quantity is converted into electric signals S1 and the signals S1 are amplified to a prescribed voltage value by mans of an amplifier 2 and the electric signals s1 supplied to the comparator 3 are converted into digital signals S2 which are supplied to a modulator 4 at the comparator 3. Carrier wave S5 oscillated from a carrier signal oscillator 5 are also supplied to the modulator 4. At the modulator 4 the carrier wave S5 are modulated in amplitude by means of the digital signals S2 and the amplitude-modulated signals S4 are transmitted to a receiving side through an antenna 6 as radio waves. Therefore, the rotating quantity of the object can be transmitted irrespective of the transmitting distance with less signal transmission loss. |
