Modified mixtures of poly(alkylene carbonate) polyols and polymers of certain unsaturated esters are prepared by (A) forming a mixture of a polymer of an ethylenically unsaturated ester and a polyalkylene carbonate polyol and (B) subjecting such mixture to conditions sufficient to induce a transesterification reaction between the polymer of an acrylic ester and a polyalkylene carbonate polyol. c
