PURPOSE:To reduce the curvature of metal to be adsorbed and to omit an adhering process by providing hub upper part resin, which holds the metal to be adsorbed, and hub lower part resin to spirally engage a male screw, which is fitted to the female screw of the hub upper part resin, and to fix a disk substrate with clamp pressure. CONSTITUTION:Metal 4 to be adsorbed, which has a hole 3 for aligning in a center, is held to hub upper part resin 1 by charging resin to a chamfering hole 5, for which an inner circumferential part is chamfered. The hub upper part resin 1 has a male screw 6, which is spirally engaged with hub lower part resin 2, in a internal part and a flange 12, whose diameter is larger than that of a center hole 11 on a disk substrate 10, in an outer circumferential part. The hub lower part resin 2 has a cylinder-shaped flange 7 in a central part and further has a male screw 8, which is engaged with the female screw of the hub upper part resin 1 and fixes the disk substrate 10 with the clamp pressure, in the outer circumferential part of the cylinder- shaped flange 7. Accordingly, the hub upper part resin 1 and hub lower part resin 2, for which the clamp pressure is applied by the flange 12 of the hub upper part resin and the hub lower part resin 2, can be fixed to the disk substrate 10 without fail. Thus, the curvature of the metal to be adsorbed can be reduced and the adhering process can be omitted. |
