MANUFACTURE OF LIQUID CONTAINER

PURPOSE:To dispense with a label bonding process by preliminarily arranging a label to the surface of either one of the cavities of split molds and introducing a pressure fluid into a parison under pressure to perform blow molding and integrally welding the label to the surface of a hollow container. CONSTITUTION:A label 3 is formed from a polypropylene sheet coated with a membrane composed of polyethylene or polypropylene having an m.p. of 115 - 170 deg.C on the side of a parison. The label 3 is arranged to the cavity 2b of split molds 1 in a close contact state and a parison 5 composed of straight chain medium density polyethylene melted under heating is arranged between the split molds 1 from an extrusion die 4. Subsequently, the split molds 1 are clamped and a fluid is introduced into the parison 5 under pressure to impart the shape of the cavity 2 of the molds to the parison 5 to perform the blow molding of a hollow container 6. Further, the hollow container is filled with an infusion from a mouth part 8 and hermetically sealed by a plug body 10 with a rubber plug to form an infusion container.
